Hola! My name is Neetha, I am a Data Analytics Consultant by profession, a dancer and a traveler at heart. I was born in a small town in the southern part of India called Hassan and grew up mostly in Bangalore, one of the metropolitan cities in India. Just like in any other middle class family in India my parents encouraged me to get a good education by which I mean, become an engineer or a doctor. I chose the easier one of the two and graduated with Bachelors in Engineering. I moved to the United States in 2009 for higher education and went to grad school at Oklahoma State University. Go Pokes!
After graduation, I moved to Chicago for work, which required me to travel time to time. I always remember enjoying travelling, but my job made me realize how much it meant to me. Ever since I have felt this constant need to travel and explore. I have been lucky enough to be able to travel quite a bit in the last few years. I have visited more than a third of the states in the United States of America and a couple countries abroad.
I have been married for about a year and a half to this wonderful guy I met in college. Lucky for us, we have at least two interests in common, we both love travel and adventure.
I have to admit I am an absolute social media addict and a sucker for good photography. And this blog is my way of sharing all the experiences and adventures in my life with the rest of the world. I hope I am able to contribute to the huge and ever growing blogosphere, at least in the tiniest way.
